All Costumer have the right to return or exchange Items within the period of 14 days, the period starts from the date of receiving the Item

All returned or exchanged goods need to be in a unused condition to apply a refund or exchange of the goods.

Exchange or return is in general always possible, under following conditions. Return and exchange period of 14 days after receiving the goods. All goods which are considered as used will be excluded and not be refunded or exchanged. SWIPE Fashion reserves the right to refuse exchange or return in case of not meeting the terms of refund.

With all the returned or exchanged goods the packaging needs to be god condition.

Shipping cost of returned or exchanged items will be paid by the costumer or deducted by SWIPE Fashion directly on the refundable amount.
Before you send back the goods for exchange or refund the costumer is obliged to contact our Service under info@swipe-fashion.com before sending the goods back to us.
